Project of the Week: Spring Ruffle Cowl

When we heard the weather man tell us we were supposed to get buckets of snow over the next few days, we here at Flying Fingers were skeptical. It's almost spring, we cried, and went about our days as planned. Now, as we get blasted with another snow here in at our shop, our latest Project Of The Week reflects our wishful Spring thinking! This project is knit on both US#9 and US # 4 needles
