Project of the Week: Pine Tree Cowl

This cowl is knit with Blue Sky Alpaca's Metalico, and is a gorgeous scarf to knit up as a gift (even if the recipient is ones self!). Knit on US #10.5 circular 24" - 32" needles, this 50% 'color of the animal' Alpaca and 50% unbleached silk is about as close as you can get to knitting straight off the animal, while still having that 'just fancy enough' sheen.
