Donegal Tweed

Donegal Tweed from Tahki has been one of Elise’s favorite yarns for over 30 years. Way back… when she was a college student in Cambridge, she fell in love with a particular cobalt blue. She only bought one skein, not nearly enough…. When she went back for more… it was gone! Instead she bought a gorgeous olive for her sweater and over the years has made many sweaters, blankets and hats from Donegal. Every once in awhile she takes that skein of Cobalt Blue out of her “yarn closet” and sighs……
