Sitting in my cozy chair looking at the snow & ice in my backyard it feels much more like the beginning of winter than the end of February. Here in the shop the question on everyone's lips is-- Where's the spring yarn? The answer is -- it's coming ... it's coming. Soon our shelves will be filled with all the fabulous colors and fibers the summer has to offer. You can make all those baby blankets, Lightweight sweaters, tank tops and bikinis to your heart's content.
We are also excited to introduce a brand new yarn company -- Punta del Este --. Their fibers are wonderful! Cottons, baby alpacas, cashmeres in great combos! And my favorite colors are dyed with real coffee!!
We are also very pleased to welcome back our own Lisa Singer to teaching. We have missed her enthusiasm, her humor and her great ideas. Welcome home!
Winter is not quite over yet, so pick up those needles and finish that project -- your new yarn is waiting for you!

Weekly classes run for 6 weeks, with a make up the following week after classes adjourn. You can sign up for a class after it has stared, but there is no pro-rata fee schedule -- you must pay for the entire class no matter how many weeks you actually attend. This applies to absences, too. For both classes and workshops, there are no refunds once you've paid for a space.
Classes DO NOT INCLUDE MATERIALS. Yarn must be purchased at Flying Fingers. Yarn acquired elsewhere is not permitted in class. The only exception is the kid's classes where all materials are included.
